She had always been a defiant child, so different from her sisters, her life was full of questions. Her Mother had kindly nicknamed her Ginger after her unruly mane of ginger waves, and really tried her best to get her acquainted with all Fae traditions. And yet she did not seem to take anything into heart.
And so without much warning and definitely no plans the defiant child packed and left to discover new worlds and come back with a few answers and perhaps new questions. Her whim took her across the oceans on to warmer lands of new scents and flavors. And so she stayed. A few years went by and homesick she got. She missed the greens of Ireland. She missed her kind. Back Home she went. Her Mom greeted her “Oh Ginger you are back”.
“Yes I am back to where I belong except now I know I am not a Ginger, I am a Pepper!”
